5 Tips to Help You Stay Positive

1. Start & End Your Day with Gratitude
Mediate or write down 5 Things you are grateful for and feel the positive energy resonate through your body. Examples: your health, you’re alive, your breath, friends & family, sunshine on your skin
2. Make a List
Make a list of all the things you really want to complete and refer to your list. A great time to improve your home and to make warm comfortable spaces, clean out the old stuff you haven’t used in years, donate it to charity and make fresh spaces. Candles, plants, throws, blankets and pillows can all add comfort to your rooms.
3.  Make a Schedule
Have a schedule for your day so you don’t get pulled down a negative road. Be productive. Make a list of all the things you want to get done and start scheduling them in your day. 
Example Schedule:
8am Workout
9am Make breakfast
10am Work on new project (clean closet, read a new book)
12pm Mid-day walk and lunch
1pm Work on Project B (new work goal or something creative and fun)
3pm Organize finances
4pm Afternoon stretch
5pm Cook dinner
6pm One hour of news /press conferences (limit news intake to one set time a day to avoid thinking about negative news all day long)
7pm Sunset walk
8pm Schedule a FaceTime call with friends

4. Dance, Dance, Dance!
Dance Break / Tik Tok / Listen and Dance to Uplifting Positive Music. It’s impossible to be mad and dance at the same time. If you don’t believe me then give it a try. Turn on some music and dance and you’ll immediately feel better in the first 30 seconds.
5. Exercise
Get in your daily workout. Even 5-10minutes of movement can help you release endorphins so you can boost your spirits.
