Wild Sockeye Salmon Paired with The Simple Grape Chardonnay

  • 6oz Atlantic Salmon
  • 6 Spears Asparagus
  • 14 Baby Grape Tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp Paprika or season to suit your taste
  • Himalayan Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  1. Set air fryer to 385 degrees and 12 minutes, allow preheat.
  2. Squeeze Dijon mustard down center of salmon. Gently rub mustard covering the entire piece of salmon.
  3. Sprinkle 1 tbsp Paprika onto Salmon then add Salt and Pepper to taste.
  4. Put salmon in air fryer basket and begin cooking. *Optional add cooking oil to air fryer basket. (Tip: place salmon in back of air fryer leaving room for Asparagus and tomatoes.)
  5. Wash tomatoes and Asparagus then pat dry. Trim end off Asparagus.
  6. Brush olive oil onto Asparagus using a basting brush.
  7. Open the air fryer when time reaches 6 minutes. Add the Asparagus and tomatoes, Close air fryer cooking everything together for the last 6 minutes.
  8. When air fryer is done add food onto plate and enjoy.
